The creative process involves self-expression, as well as reducing stress, managing feelings, and improving self-esteem and awareness.
Art therapy uses the creative process of making art to improve a person's physical, mental, and emotional well-being. You may feel anxious or constantly tired, or you find it hard to accept a romantic or professional failure, or you feel like you are missing out on your life. Whatever your needs, I am at your disposal and here to help you. The support I offer is a process of self-discovery and during my sessions, I encourage transformation by adopting a positive attitude and new habits. I have the tools and professional experience to help you get back on track to wellness.
